When i was planning my boys surprised 21st I was looking online for someone to make a camera cake and a guitar cake for my sons and I found Ella from MommyBakes-Brisbane,

to be honest I was a bit unsure because all our contacts was on email 

and I didn't see Ella in person until the day of the birthday

The cake was so gorgeous,
many of our guests could not believe you had hand sculpted 
the beautiful frangipanis and hibiscus.
The presentation was amazing, and the taste is fabulous.

ELEGANT DIAMOND-QUILTED CAKE WITH CHAMPAGNE GOLD ROSE

 

MommyBakes was so kind, nice and patient. As this was my first time to ask someone to design me a cake (I honestly had no clue of cake designs or flavours) she was very approachable and definitely had some wonderful ideas.
The sketches and description matched the cake and there was no disappointment!
I described and sent a picture of my dress also told her the theme 

for my 21st birthday party.
She considered my type of style and definitely applied all the above to the cake. 

The cake was so elegantly beautiful and also DELICIOUS! 

The fondant was not too sweet or thick and the cake was just out bursting of flavour! 

Well done MommyBakes! 

Everyone loved my cake (especially me as I got all the leftovers ;P)! 

I will definitely contact you again in the future!

BABY SHOWER TWIN CAKE

 

I have to say a big thank you to Ella for the lovely cake, for my cousins' baby shower. Expecting twins was a big shock, which has now turned to excitement. 

I decided I wanted to do something "extra special" for her shower and have a cake made. Words cannot express how amazed I was when the finished product was presented to me. Working within a short time-frame, and not having much of an idea as to what I wanted were what I thought, problems. 

However Ella took on the job with gusto, and what an amazing job you did! 

All of the guests at the baby shower commented how wonderful the cake was, with fine details like creases in baby's feet and the print on the sheet covering baby's bottoms. 

Such attention to detail and such a wonderful job! 

I am highly recommending Mommy Bakes to anyone in need of a cake, and will certainly look to ask you again when the time comes for birthdays, weddings and celebrations. 

A great job Ella, I couldn't be happier. Thanks again!

TURTLE AND DEFQON CAKE

 This cake was not only delicious and moist but caught everyones attention 
without a doubt! 
There was beautiful detailing on the shell and letters which made it a stunning cake :) 
The birthday boys really loved it, thank you very much for making it special for them :)

RED ANGRY BIRD CAKE

 
Thank you very much Ella! Ilian loved his birthday cake very much.

It was loved by everyone. Everyone (including guests at the other tables) was surprised at the great detail and effort that you put into making this cake. 

The Chocolate mud cake was perfect - not too sweet and it was moist as well.

    It was so nice, that I didn't want to cut it and just wanted to put it in a glass cabinet to display it.

Will definitely order from you again in the future :-)

FARMYARD CUPCAKES

 

    Would like to just say "Thank you Ella", the cupcakes you made for Emily's 1st birthday were a great success. 

Not only did they look absolutely fabulous but they tasted great too. 

Price was more thAn reasonable and they arrived on time in an easy to transport box. Thanks again, would totally recommend you to a friend!
